1. Who we are

This website (sacredparfum.com) is operated by Luis Aaron Alvarez, doing business as Sacred Parfum ("Sacred Parfum", "we", "us"). Contact: scrdplace@gmail.com. Postal address: 101 Weldon St, Apt D2, Brooklyn, NY 11208, United States.

By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.

2. Our products

  • Full-size bottles are sold in the manufacturer's packaging as we receive them.
  • Decants are portions of fragrance that we transfer by hand from a full-size bottle into our own glass atomizers (for example 10 ml or 30 ml). Decants are not manufacturer packaging, are not produced or approved by the fragrance brands, and do not carry the brand's original packaging or warranty.
  • Sourcing. We buy our fragrances from third-party retailers and distributors. We are not an authorized retailer or distributor of the brands we sell, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products.
  • Product photos are for illustration. Colors, packaging and batch codes may vary.
  • Fragrance is a personal experience; descriptions of notes and performance are general and not guaranteed.

3. Safety

Fragrances are for external use only. Do not use on irritated or broken skin. Keep away from eyes, children, heat and open flames. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, review the ingredients of the original fragrance before use and stop using it if irritation occurs.

4. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, for errors in price or availability, or suspected fraud). If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund it in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Decants are final sale, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

6. Accounts and marketing

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. We send marketing emails only if you agree to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Intellectual property

Our photos, videos, texts and logos belong to Sacred Parfum or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when they were placed.
