Decants are final sale

Decants are portions of fragrance transferred by hand from the original bottle into our own atomizers. For hygiene and safety reasons, decants cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the cases described under "Damaged, defective or wrong items".

Sealed full-size bottles: 14 days

You may return a full-size bottle within 14 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging (cellophane and box intact).

To start a return, email us at scrdplace@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Perfume contains alcohol and must be shipped following carrier rules for flammable liquids; we will tell you how to send it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
